Bookmyshow and inox website payment system sucks

It’s true what they say: what a life without power. I believe same thing applies to Bookmyshow and INOX website payment system also. I wonder if it’s my bad day or a chance to know about faulty payment system of INOX and Bookmyshow. I don’t think anyone of us can imagine to be ignored to purchase the tickets, just because the payment system does not work.
I was trying to book a ticket to watch “all the best” movie but couldn’t. Funny thing is: I get to know about it only after filling my credit card details. I hope one day they try to sense as how hard is to get a system in place where it notify the user in advance “currently the payment system is not working please try after some time”. Will it not help them that we customers don’t develop a negative opinion against the company – also as a visitor do not choose to never come back to the website?
A lot of companies make money: but is that really deserving and satisfying for them? Why don’t they understand that it’s as good as “shop gets closed when there’s a line of customers can be seen in front!

I totally i agree with u
